Upgrade

If you want to upgrade a plan and offer the same payment flexibility, you can create a request with an amount less the existing plan for the remaining period. Your customer will start paying two installments in a month.

Example:

Customer on an annual plan A (1000$) and 12-month installment term wants to upgrade its plan to B (1500$) on a 3rd month. Customer needs to proceed with a new installment request of 250$ (the difference between two plans and less of two months of a new plan B)

Downgrade

To downgrade a plan, you can refund us the difference of plans and our system will automatically lower the monthly installment amount for the rest of the period.

Example:

Customer on annual plan B (1500$) and 12-month installment term wants to downgrade to plan A (1000$) in a 3rd month. Vendor needs to refund Comfi 250$ (the difference between two plans and less of two paid months).

Customer's monthly installment amount will be lowered to 100$/mo. for the rest 10 months.
