How does Comfi handle free trial cancellation?

When creating an installment request (payment link) through Comfi you can select a number of days to set a trial period. We won’t charge your customer during this period.

If the customers cancel their subscriptions during trial, you will have to email us at [email protected] 24h prior to the end of the free trial period.

In case of cancellation, this installment request will be terminated and the customer won’t be charged.

After we have terminated the contract with the customer we will notify you by your email.

(We are working on implementing one-click free trial cancelation from Comfi Dashboard).
