What if the customer doesn't pay to Comfi?

If any of the customer’s payment methods cannot be charged for more than 3 times for current installment within 7 working days, the fine of 25 USD will be applied as a late fee to the customer’s next payment and service will be immediately terminated.

The service termination means deactivating his subscription on your platform upon our notification to you.

The unpaid installments amount will serve as a future unused credit for Comfi.

As a standard practice, we will cover you up to the amount of 3-month subscription cost if the customer defaults before the 3-rd month.
